So you work for an organisation that has significantly grown in size and scale in recent years,

situation as an organisation, the London Stock Exchange Group, is we already knew that

we had significant work to do in terms of articulating the proposition around why it was

a great place to be.

The organisation has so much going for it.

It has a rich history, over 300 years old, a real figurehead in terms of the

city, in terms of brand. And yet, there was still a bit of a mystery around what this
