on Leadership.

I have spent my career helping people realize their full potential.

I spent many years at Google and YouTube building educational products to reach, teach,

and transform the lives of tens of millions

of people globally. After Google and YouTube, I started my own company, Strive, a management

training and leadership development platform trusted by many of Silicon Valley's fastest growing

companies. Four years ago, Franklin Covey acquired Stride, and since then I've been serving as Franklin

Covey's Executive Vice President of Product.

I am incredibly excited and appreciative to be hosting these conversations with world leaders

Today's guest is Tall Ben Chihar. Tall obtained his BA and PhD from Harvard University in

Psychology. Wall at Harvard, Tall taught two of the university's most popular courses,

Positive Psychology and the psychology of

leadership. Tull's research and writing on this topic have been covered in multiple books that have

appeared on bestseller lists around the world. In addition to his academic background,

Taule is also a consultant for many leading multinational companies and is the founder of the Happiness Studies Academy and potential life.
