Hello and welcome back to Franklin Covey's Twice Weekly podcast on leadership with Scott Miller.

That's me. I've been your host now for nearly seven years, just shy of 500 episodes where I've had the

enormous privilege twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays to join you and interview some of the

world's most iconic thought leaders. They have showed up mostly virtually, sometimes in person

here, as entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, intrepaneers, wannapneur.

Sometimes they are artists and academics and researchers.

Other times, they're Fortune 50 CEOs or best-selling authors.

Sometimes they're celebrities or artists or even actors.

And in some occasions, they're not household names.

They may be people that survived some unspeakable tragedy. Lost a child survived a commercial

airline passenger crash and lived to tell about it, to teach through it. They've come on

to our program to help you become a more effective leader, whether that's a formal or informal leader.

Franklin Covey, of course, known as the most trusted leadership firm in the world, founded in part by Stephen Covey, of course,

who wrote the iconic book, The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.

I've been privileged to be associated with Franklin Covey for about 28 years, and this, in fact,

is my last time as the host of this podcast. It's time to actually transition this and move on to other

investments, both for Franklin Covey and for myself. And so when you host your last interview

for a podcast, you pick, you know, what guest do you think could teach our clients, our listeners, our viewers, our subscribers

the most about how to be effective?

And as you know, Dr. Covey passed about 12 years ago.

And so as we went through the iconic contributors to thought leadership, Tim Ferriss came to mind.
