I am thrilled to introduce myself as the new host of the podcast.

My name is Will Hodling and I am Franklin Covey's executive vice president of product.

Prior to joining Franklin Covey, I was an entrepreneur starting my own company called

Strive.

I was a business builder having helped create a university from scratch, and I was a leader at

Google and YouTube, where I helped build educational products to reach, teach, and transform

the lives of tens of millions of people around the world.

I'm incredibly excited to host on leadership.

My goal with this podcast is in 30 minutes or so a week to help you take insights from some of the

world's greatest leaders so you can go back to your teams and improve the performance

and purpose of your organization.

Qualtricks to X and many other tech companies and co-founded the company Radical Cander.
