Welcome to the Boneyard with Steve Robertson. As always, I am your good friend and host, Steve Robertson here on the Maroon Friday edition of the yard. Hope you're well tonight. I'm recording this up pretty much late. You know, I got to confess, I'm doing summer just during the day on Thursday, and then we'll finish up tonight.

So you kind of got an idea of where things stand as we get into Friday.

No matter when you're listening to this, I hope it's a payday for you and for you biweekly

and weekly wage earners. Maybe today is it. You get out and have a chance to have a little fun.

I'm going to be in Nashville, the reason for the early show.

Got to get on the road, and it's just four hours up there.

But all things considered, I like to get up there and get settled.

Huge, huge baseball series with Mississippi State and Vanderbilt.

Got a lot to talk about this Vanderbilt team, about this matchup, about the pitching

rotations that have been announced for both clubs.

I think we got a chance to go up there and get it.

I really do.

I think we got a chance.

If we can get a split Friday, Saturday, I think we can get the win on Sunday.

I'm going to speak more extensively about that when we do our Vandy preview at the first

segment of the show.

But yeah, big weekend on tap for the Bulldogs.

They packed the bus this morning, hit the road, and I will hit the road.

I guess that was Thursday.

I hit the road.

I probably would be on the road when you're listening to this.

Just as you know, I'm going to get up and get moving. And I love Nashville. I do. And for those of you coming out, we encourage you to come out and support the Bulldogs. Road baseball is amazing. And for many of you, when the Bulldogs come to your town, it's the only time you get a chance to see them. so we encourage you to get out and come be a part of this for sure
