Man, it feels so good to win. It does. You know, I probably hate losing more than I love winning.

But when we win, it is so incredibly beautiful. And it's not just

because the majesty of the moment, and we're going to get to some of that, it was such a historic

in many respects, huge day for Hunter Heinz. I mean, that may be like the signature shot. You know what I'm saying?

But it's what it means to our team, our season, and our program for us to take this series of

Vanderbilt. And listen, that's a really good Vanderbilt team. Are elite no I don't believe so but they have a very

very good lineup there's no really there's no easy outs in that order but they don't have the star

right they don't have that one guy they don't have a caglio they don't have a brayden montgomery they

don't have a hunter hindrew dakota jordan they don't have that guy which like you know what you can't let that kid beat you they don't have that hunter high in jacoader jordan they don't have that guy which like you know what

you can't let that kid beat you they don't have that guy but that said there's a lot of consistency

in this order a lot of length in this order and uh i tell you the thing i told on this last night

and i was on my way home from Nashville.

Every pitch in this series mattered.

And so it was such an emotional roller coaster.

You know, for all of us, right?

I mean, we weren't even playing in the game.

Of course, I'm there covering.

Many of you watching at home.

But you always felt like you were one pitch away from being in trouble or one pitch away from being in good shape. Every pitch mattered. It's incredible. And we came out

on the winning end of that. We needed to go. We had to get one. We needed to get two.

We dreamed of getting three.
