And we are here to give you our takeaways from Jesse Minter's introductory press conference

as the Ravens' new head coach.

And I think he handled it really well, came off really well, really excited to have Jesse

on board, and I think he's going to be a great addition here. Yeah, I think the phrase that gets thrown around this time of the year is, did you win the press conference? And I think he did win the press conference. I think everything that I've seen from him, from the time that he walked in the building Wednesday night, which was a really cool moment. I was here for that. And just to set the scene,

if you haven't looked at it already, go back and watch the video. And a number of, several members of the

staff, the organization, a big portion of the staff was in the, in the lobby of the Underarm Performance

Center, as him and his family walked into this building for the first time instead of the head coach.

And you could see the

emotion of that moment, the magnitude of it. You could feel it as he looked up there and he saw the faces.

Some knew, some he was familiar with. But he could just feel that moment. His dad teared up. His wife did.

I think he felt the emotion of it. And from that very moment, as he addresses staff, and he said,

it's about we. He said, I wanted to make it about us, all of us collectively. And I think that

that kind of set the tone for me over what was going to be the next 24 hours of him and his first

day as the head coach. And I've just been nothing but impressed in every interaction that I've

had with him. You can see why Eric Takasta said that he blew them away in the interview process. And I think beyond the X's

nose and the schematic stuff and him being a defensive mastermind, the thing that stands

out to me about Jesse Minner from today's press conference and really since he arrived is

the authenticity that he has. Everything about the guy is just genuine. He's just himself.

You know, he wasn't there to seemingly put on a show at the press conference. You know, he,

he didn't turn on some persona. Yeah. He was Jesse Minter and he just seems like a very easy guy
