All right. So I'm flying solo here and this is going to be

another one of my short episodes. I was outriding my bicycle this morning and I was reminded of

something that I think is a pretty important message to give you. So I'm going to do that. So a buddy of

mine, Frank, his name is Frank, kind of through a glass of cold water,

figuratively speaking in my face sometime back, and to kind of help bring me back to my senses. And it really helped me out.

So I thought I'd share it with you here today. What Frank told me is he said,

Carl, you don't have to remove all of your flaws and insecurities in order to succeed.

You just have to like accept them and move forward anyway, right? See, when I became a loan officer,

I mean, I literally had major doubts of whether it was going to

work out, right? And I knew very little about loans. Actually, nothing when I started, I guess,

just like everybody else. And I knew just enough to pass a test. And really, I'd never done any

sales work at all before. And oh, by the way, I'm a major introvert.

There's a surprise. A lot of people don't know that, but I'm definitely an introverted personality.

I'm easily distracted and certainly somewhat technology challenged. And boy, that sounds like a risk speed for success, right?

Like hardly.

But here's what I did have and always have had is like take action now.

I've always been really, really known for like taking fast action or more or more accurately said take imperfect action right now

take imperfect action right now see here's what i've always done is find out what successful people

are doing and then i simply do what they tell me to do or do what they show me to do or do or do you know

do what they're doing even if I'm afraid
