If you've been listening for a while, you know that I have quite a history of walking.

Started intentional fitness walking in 2013, averaging somewhere around 20,000 steps a day since then.

What you may not know is that I have equal skill and experience when it comes to taking a nap.

This is not like just a kind of one-off thing.

I did morning radio for years.

That alarm would go off at 3.30 in the morning. And I got pretty good

about coming home from work because I started early, so I ended on lunchtime, would go home and

often would take a nap in the middle of the afternoon. And sometimes that nap could last as long as

Also got pretty good at taking what I guess is considered a power nap,

one of those little short 20-minute naps that you wake up and you feel refreshed.

So I got really, really good at taking naps.
