Gordon, this looks like political assassination step one and step two.

Choose a foreign country that doesn't have a particularly good intelligence apparatus or police corps,

and you can influence and then stage an incident and say accident.

However, this is the Czech Republic. It is as modern as downtown America. In addition,

it's integrated into the European Union. Last time I checked, there's no alienation. And an attempted

assassination, there's no other way to look upon this. You can't control a car collision. An attempted assassination. There's no other way to look upon this.

We've heard about the wolf warriors over the years, but this is, well, the Russians in their romantic ways to call this a wet team.
