Very excited to do this episode for my health anxiety friends out there,

my Health Anxiety Warriors.

I had a couple of questions from people.

They were asking me, Dennis, what is up with the whole ER thing and the doctor visits constantly?

Why do I feel the need, the necessity to go back all the way again down the road, drive myself to the

doctors and the ER when things get sticky, when I feel these sensations, when I get this bewilderment, why do I do this and how

do I stop it?

I'm going to help you today, okay?

Now, Dave sent me this question in fact, and that's the reason why I'm doing this

podcast he said Dennis I just can't stop going to the doctors I can't stop going to the

emergency room and I said you know what Dave I couldn't stop either it was like

two or three days a week where if it wasn't the doctor it was the emergency room

why because every physical symptom that I had that didn't go away, I thought

was a part of something more serious.

And I kept believing in something that wasn't there.
