because today I want to give you a very powerful problem solving model

for anxiety and you can begin implementing this problem solving model today and

understanding what's working, what's not working. We're going to make things very

very specific and narrow in our focus today.

So let's get into this problem solving model right away.

Step number one is problem identification. What is the concern? Identify and pinpoint the problem. This is very important because a lot of people come to me and say,

dealing with the symptom. What we must deal with is the root cause of that symptom. What is the very thing that keeps

it alive? What are the things that you're noticing in your patterns that are fueling this fear and this anxiety further, the fear of death, the fear

of judgment from others, the fear of fainting, these are the very things we must work with. So step number one is identify

the problem at the root level. Step number two is goal selection. What do I want? What do I want? What would you like to achieve in regards to this problem? Now don't say I want my life to get better or I want to be happy.
