are stuck with generalized anxiety. Why do you constantly go through anxiety every single day and what is preventing you

And there's a number of different habits that people build that become unconscious and I think it's really

important to maybe notice a few of those and just go, you know what? Yeah, my general anxiety could be because of that, let's say, and got my tea here, green tea.

That's something that I was extremely fearful to drink because people kept telling me,

you know what, there's so much caffeine in that, how can you drink that?

And then it started to get into my mind and I started to fear caffeine a lot but in fact you know what

I realize that green tea is actually good for you and it does calm your nerves so so much of it comes down to actually

how you how you look at something and not so much about what's really in it and once I changed my mindset, guess what? Green tea is fantastic.

So let's get into it right away and there's five things, you know, there's a lot of different things that I go through in the
