you and I've been predicting when we did our

uh two thousand and twenty four predictions podcast in january actually i think we did it in

december of last year and we also did another predictions podcast what last week

predicting what the next six months and the last six months of twenty twenty four would be

like one of the things we predicted was the interest rates were going to fall but what what we didn't quite predict accurately, so I'm not going to pat ourselves on the back

too much, right?

Is that why they would fall.

So the interest rates have fallen because there's now fear that there's going to be some form

of recession based on the employment data.

But guess what's going to happen is the Fed is going to absolutely positively drop interest rates.

And what I've been reading, Julie, I don't know what you've been reading,

is they're going to go down by something like 50 basis points.

I've heard between 50 basis points and an entire point.

That's just phenomenal.

It is phenomenal.

And it's already starting to happen without it officially happening.
