This week I have the wonderful opportunity of coaching Miss Helen.

In this episode we're going to discuss how Helen is really struggling more with her mind

and her thinking around her weight loss.

She's not giving herself any compassion or room to really grow and evolve in this.

When she sees she's not doing what she wants herself to be doing with food, it's

unfortunately a very negative experience and we talk a lot in this about focusing on

the little wins, the non-scale victories, this idea that you've got to kind of motivate

yourself with seeing your own progress and progression in different areas of your life

with this journey and it's not always going to always translate into pounds lost or exact

behaviors with food every single time.

But if you see yourself getting consistent with writing things down and you were never

consistent with that, that's a win.

Anytime you build a habit that is a helpful habit that's something that's going to carry
