And I'm Laura Prendergast.

And today we are delighted to be joined by Sebastian de Sousa.

Sebastian is an acclaimed actor, writer and musician. He first came to fame aged 17 playing Matty in cult TV show Skins.

Since then, he has appeared in the Borgias, Medici, Masters of Florence, the Great and Normal People, amongst many others.

He has also produced and written for screen, runs drama courses for teenagers,

and will publish his first young adult novel, Kid, in March of this year.

Sebastian, welcome to Table Talk.

Thank you very, very much for having me.

Sebastian, we always start this podcast.

In the same place, we ask, what are your earliest memories of food?

Well, I fear he might be had up for this these days,

but my dad, he introduced me at a very young age to what has become this kind of extraordinary

treat for me throughout my life, which was Kellogg's, cornflakes, double cream and sugar. And he gave it to me

for breakfast very occasionally. Much to my mum's chagrin. And it's, I hadn't really had it

trying to be, you know, throughout my adolescence, everyone would laugh at me when I suggested

that this was a, this was a delicious thing to eat. And so I hadn't really had it for one. And then my girlfriend and I had that this was a delicious thing to eat. So I hadn't really had it for a one.

And then my girlfriend and I had a midnight snack the other day.
