Hey, everybody.

We are really excited about this. We've got an awesome

guest on today. And to introduce her, I need to tell you all a story. A couple of years ago,

I think it's been about two years now. I was a vegan. And I'd been a vegan for a while. And I

thought I was doing it for my health. And I thought I was doing it for the planet. I thought I was doing it for my health, and I thought I was doing it for the planet.

I thought I was doing it because I was a good person.

In fact, I went to a Buddhist university and got a master's degree.

So I thought veganism was just like the ultimate way of living.

And then I started to have health issues. But what actually

happened for me very first was I was following Chris Cressor, who is just an awesome person

when it comes to health information and everything. But he introduced me to someone through his email list, I think, that just changed the way

I look at things forever. Because he introduced me to this idea that we can actually have a

sustainable, healthy, and ethical world that includes meat. And as soon as I started reading about this and learning about this woman, Diana Rogers

is her name.

She's a registered dietitian.

And she is absolutely brilliant when it comes to understanding the truth, I guess, about

how we raise meat and how we consume food and how we live a healthy life.

Exactly.

And so I've been, I've been chasing her to get her on the podcast now for like eight months.

And we've been really excited about it.
