Hey, everyone. Welcome to Dr. Rousha Radio. This is Dr. Rousho. I am here with my good friend,

0:47.8

Dr. Mike T. Nelson, and today we're going to be talking about sports supplements and why I'm so excited to have Mike on is because

1:57.7

kind of like a brief synopsis of your background and what you're currently doing? Sure. Briefly, I did a Bachelor of Arts, Natural Science, and then I did a

2:06.0

master's actually in mechanical engineering, more biomechanics-type stuff. I did a short stint in the

2:11.8

PhD program in biomedical engineering. Then switched to kinesiology or exercise physiology department and did my PhD there.
