Yeah, thank you. This is a topic I am so excited to talk about, and so I want to dive right in with my first question, which is do I actually need to take a supplement?

Right. And the answer for me is yes. I actually worked at a health food store that my mom owned for about five years. And I tried a lot of vitamins there. We had a lot of different

brands to choose from, lots of people that would inform and educate. And I never felt any different.

And then I actually, when I started Dutera, it was one of the incentives. So I got a lifelong
