there might be a challenger coming up here. Jen, I have to say I'm a little nervous. I read the

press clippings. I, you know, I subscribe to the Washington Post and it said new Loan Officer

podcast, Loan Officer, or Loan loan officer or loan officer unplug getting released.

And I thought, oh, dear God, dear God.

But I always thought one of the many things I love about Jen Connolly is she writes loans in Ohio and I'm safe down here in Florida.

And now you're coming in the podcast world. I'm a little

bit nervous. Jen, good to see you. My friend. Oh, good to see you too. Thank you so much.

Yeah. So we've had you here on the podcast a couple of times. And I'm really looking forward

to your podcast. And we'll talk about that a little bit. For those of you listening,

you're listening to the right episode. If you want to know, we're going to talk a little bit about

like, like, what do we do now? And like, what, you know, how, what do we do different this year

versus what we're doing last year, if anything? Like, what are the differences? And so it's

definitely a changing time. And, you know, is this a time where we act like a comedian and change colors to some degree? Or do we keep doing the same thing? And that's what we're going to talk about here. Before we do that, tell us a little bit about the loan officer unplug podcast. So it's, are you doing it by yourself? you do it with somebody else? Like, what's the idea here? I'm going to always have guests because nobody wants to listen to me drone on and on for, you know, I have an hour. Wait, wait, wait. I, I love listening to you. So I can, I'm just being honest. I never have too much, Jen. So. Oh, thank you. But I, you know, I love all the people we have in the Freedom Club and just other

various people I've met in our industry throughout the years. And I think that I've got a little

different take sometimes than some people have. And I'm for sure, real honest about what my take is.

So I think that it's just going to be a lot of fun. You know. I love doing that. I love meeting new people and helping them get their story out too because I think we have so many amazing people in this industry that don't get a platform. And for a long time, I didn't either. And so it didn't mean I didn't have good ideas. I just didn't know, a way to tell them to people. So to be able

to do that is really, really special to me. I like this. I think, I think it's going to be a really good thing. I love the name of unplugged because when I think of Jen Conley, man, I never have to worry about what Jen's thinking, right? No, never wonder. That's for sure. No, and it's one of things I love about you, you know, it's like I know exactly where I stand at any moment, given time.

I know exactly what you think about something. And, you know, you always do it out of love and respect, but you're, you're very honest and you're not, you don't gloss over things. You say, hey, if we got something we need to talk about, you know, let's sit down here and unbutton one collar up, one button off the collar of the shirt. And let's let's, let's talk about this.
