Ask a laser anything! I've decided to take a leap into fighting for justice for a country I've never been to and only know about their politics through TikTok.

No, I watched this guy on TikTok who has the Maori Tribal tattoos. I think it's called a mohoko. I could be wrong. I'm sure I'll get canceled for trying and failing.

But he talks a lot about that in his culture and there's been this push in the last couple years to rename New Zealand Aoteira, which I think I'm saying with a Norwegian accent.

I was like, that's cool. As an American, I'm very familiar with large pieces of our land having Native American names.

I don't know. I just listen to them talking. It's like, look, if you have a Native population that's still there and a part of your government and doing stuff, and enough people want to change it, oh well, do it. I'm all for it.

I'm all for the changing of power to a people who care about a land. Not that the people who live there don't. I don't know. So I changed it on my website.

So it's for the tickets to New Zealand. It says New Zealand dash aoteira. Oh, because I don't know. I'm down with that.

Yeah, I mean, there is a precedent. We've changed country names before, you know, it happens. We could change like the USSR and like, well, that's not changing a book. I mean, that's dismantling of a power.

My mind, the hard part of it is like changing all our maps, but I mean, it's a little change it for you. I don't know. I think I think people get afraid like, oh, if we're inclusive, we'll lose everything.

And it's like typically what people are asking for is inclusion and fairness, not a total changing. So I think it's a step in a good direction. Anyway, aoteira.

And I totally tried to save one not knowing that you're supposed to kill them. But then even when I did know I was supposed to kill it. I couldn't bring myself to do it because it was so pretty.

But I killed bugs all the time in my house. So I'm just a dissonant. Did you see that article about that man that was saying that it was like if people told us to kill all the dogs we wouldn't why are we killing these bugs?

Like it was something like that where it was like, oh, wait. I just more and more lately. Like it's like do something and then six months later, it's like maybe don't do that. And it's like, I'll just, you know what?

I don't live here. So will I participate in renaming New Zealand? Yes. Will I participate in killing a bug that's killing your agriculture? No.
