It's just one of those days I don't know if it's I think in general people feel really hopeless

and tired but I think as you get older it's one of those days where like I didn't sleep that

great the night before and I had this like fantasy of like we're gonna go to the east side

because that's like where I spent all my 20s like getting drunk and hanging out

Noah and I used to do that so like Los Feliz, Los Feliz, Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park and we

had heard of this cute coffee shop, shout out to Canyon Coffee and we wanted to support some people

so we drove like the 30 minutes and you bring your baby and I'm always so proud to be out with her

but like it hits you in the face very quickly that like no you're not in your 20s anymore with a

baby because like the sidewalks in this like only recently gentrified neighborhood are crumbled to

pieces it's like nothing has been repaired and it's totally fine if you're young or if you're

just walking around but like with a baby stroller and I noticed no one else had a baby stroller

and it's like like a lot of people in my generation I'm like wait we weren't done being young yet

and in my mind we were gonna get a coffee and shop but like everything in LA like very few things

are clumped together so it's like well there's one shop here this one sells vintage clothes if you

want to rifle through and it was just like this day I had in my head that ended up not being as great

and of course then I was stressed the baby was perfect and then I was just deeply tired and then

I don't know if any other mothers feel this way but I just have really terrible thoughts about

horrible things that could happen in the future to my child oh no just like a shitty way to go to bed
