Okay, so to understand what affects women's hormones, we first have to accept the concept that we are complex biological beings who come with ovaries and a uterus with the intention of producing a baby.

And what the body and the system has to do is analyze the environment for how safe is it

for you to be pregnant because that is really energetically demanding and also you can't run

from predators very easily but also having a baby in that environment and so if anyone's listening
