Hello and welcome to Storytime for grownups. I'm Faith Moore, and this is Summer Session.

During season one, we read Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte. From now until September, we'll be

exploring Jane Eyre in once-a-week episodes, which will drop on Mondays, sort of like a college

class, only fun. If this doesn't sound like your thing,

don't worry. Storytime will be back with a new book in September. But for now,

brew a pot of tea, find a cozy chair be here with you. This is the fifth week of summer session for story time for grown-ups.

So this is a podcast where we read classic literature, chapter by chapter, with a few notes along the way.

But we are right now in summer session, which means we are not reading a book. We just finished

Jane Eyre over the last six months or so.

And now we are talking about Jane Eyre.

We're exploring it.

We're walking around in its landscapes and visiting with its characters a little bit more before we move on to a new book in September.

a kind of college class only fun about it, then stick around. You might want to go back to week one

and start there, but stick around for the class. If you've never read Jane Eyre and you're
