0:08.8	So take out a pen and paper and write down some notes or feel free to share your own with us, but we thought it would be fun to talk about some of the books we have read or plan on reading this summer.
0:20.0	I don't know about you, Denise, but throughout this year, except for work, I don't know about you Denise but throughout this year it's except for work I haven't read as much for pleasure I've
0:26.6	listened to a lot of books on audible but I haven't read as much as I normally do
0:31.6	I haven't either and it's I have quite the stack that I'm hoping to get through this summer.
0:37.0	Yeah, me too, and I really hope that I do.
0:40.0	We've read some great books this year for our podcast
0:43.0	coming on, and I've listened to some good reads
0:46.6	when I'm out driving or walking.
0:49.9	But in terms of sitting down and reading a book,
0:52.2	I have stopped and started a lot.
0:54.6	And I think I've finished about maybe 12 books this year, which is really unlike me.
1:01.4	Yeah, you're a very avid reader. So that is, that's a low number for you.

1:10.0	The first book I'd like to talk about is Energy Strands by Denise Lynn and this is the
1:15.2	ultimate guide to clearing the cords that are constricting your life. It's a
1:19.7	great read, it's very clear and and it gives you some incredible techniques on what you can actually do.
1:27.0	I mean, Samantha and I've talked a lot, a lot about different cord cutting techniques.

1:35.0	This has a lot of those in the book, but also some different ones that I hadn't read before.
