Hey y'all, this is the God Center Mom Podcast with me Heather McFadian and this is week three

of the summer of mentorship.

Here's a little bit from Jeannie Cunyon.

I felt so much pressure.

Even when they were little, like, you know, you got to get it right right out of the gate,

you know.

I carried around so much pressure like that.

I can just like almost visually see, like, the burdens, like, the heaviness on my shoulders

of trying so hard because I want so much for them.

Again, I think sometimes these desires come from a good place.

Like, I want my boys to have this incredible light.

I want them to know Jesus.

I want them to have a strong foundation.

And yet, I was believing that all of that was on my shoulders.

You know, I wasn't believing that God's grace is bigger than my mistakes.

I wasn't believing that God can use even my weakness to reveal His power.

I mean, I think that's been one of the most powerful verses that has radically changed

my parenting is, you know, His grace is enough.

His power is made perfect in my weakness.

Jeannie gets grace and she talks about it in a way unlike any other person I've heard.

I feel like this community that's growing up, God's center moms, I've met you.
