that we can process and learn from it and eventually let it go. Today, I want you to go back in time,

almost an entire year, to remember the intention that you set for yourself for 2025, if you did

an intention setting practice then. If you had a word of the year, take a moment to connect back with what that word

of the year was. And this tends to flow a little bit differently for each of us every single year.

Some of us really anchor into what our intentions are each year and we revisit them again and

again. And some of us don't even remember at all we were thinking about

or talking about one year ago. So if you need to look through your journals or your notes in

your notes app or just sit down for a moment and really try to remember, then give yourself
