Shug Knight says he won't testify against suspect Dwayne, key PD Davis, even though he's

the only surviving witness in two-packs murder. So, key PD was recently arrested in connection

to the murder of two-packs. We talked about this a couple days ago. And officials think

he was the one to organize it and supply the gun. And since he's, of course, the only

surviving witness, it's pretty expected that he is going to be asked to testify in court.

So TMZ called him up literally from prison and asked him, will you testify him if you're

asked? And he said, absolutely not.

I hold on one second. So this, this fascinates me. So he gets a call and he picks up the phone

and it's TMZ calling collect. Will you accept charges?

Yes, I will. So he does the interview right from jail.

Yeah, right from jail, like over the phone. And he said, you know, I wouldn't free time.

He's more.

He's got nothing better to do.

That's a fair assumption.

So they asked and they said, hey, like, are you going to testify if you're asked? And he

said, absolutely not. I wouldn't say a bad word about that man. And I wouldn't wish a

day in prison on my worst enemy. And at the very end of the interview, he said free

key PD. He even mentioned in this interview that he does not believe Orlando Anderson was

the one to shoot two-pock either, which is kind of the running theory that most people
