A lot going on today in the case of Siddiska Kananke, a hearing for Joshua Reby,

the person of interest, the suspect, the witness.

What was he actually? They held them for over 12 days. Was he a person

of interest? Was he a suspect? Was he a witness? Finally, today, the judge in the case in a habeas

corpus hearing set him free, said he can go home. And we'll get into that a little more, but I think

after 48 hours, they have to either charge or let go. And we'll get into that a little more. But I think after 48 hours, they have to either

charge or let go. And it was very hard for me to understand why they didn't release him earlier.

And, you know, many people were like, oh, he gave inconsistent statements. You have five,

six different police agencies, five, six, seven, eight different

detectives interviewing you on different days or on the same days, asking you the same

question over and over and over again.

And are you going to be consistent all the time?

Are you going to change up to giving them the answer that you think they want?

I don't think they got any inculpatory evidence from him that would make him

look guilty like he killed. They didn't get any of that. Look, in my opinion now, and I could

totally be wrong, as I say all the time, There's two young people that were drunk. They made a

bad decision. And apparently, one of them paid for it with her life. And when we saw a video,

and I'll show it to you later of her mother and father, it's just so, so heartbreaking. That could be

anyone. That could be anyone's daughter.
