Been a couple days since we're on the cast. I was super busy the last five or six days with a bunch of real, legit work I had to get done. Not saying the podcast doesn't work, but we do this as like a lead gen and to create value for you guys and to do something for fun and give me another outlets to share content and create.

But I had to get down to the dirt and do some real work with some follow-up, some program organization.

We did the event with BJ Gador, myself here, which I think was a success.

Other than that, I stayed up. You know, we went out, we did dinner late Thursday night with David Jack. If you guys know Dave Jack from the men's health stuff in our mandatory miniseries. And then Friday night, we actually took the group out here for like a pre-event dinner. And then Saturday night we met up with Alexia Clark. If you guys are familiar with Alexia, the Queen of Workouts. She's a monster on Instagram. I'll actually will have Alexia on the podcast probably next Wednesday is the plan.

But my point is I stayed up past midnight, all three nights in a row going out to dinner with these guys and just, you know, sharing stories and catching up and having a good time. And then obviously getting to meet the people who are at the event. And it takes this toll on me. I have not, I have not done that in many, many years. And, well, it's all super great. I'm feeling the effects of it. I'll say it at this point. So touching on today's podcast and getting into this, we have a lot of stuff coming down on the pipe for you guys, a lot of cool, neat things. But this is one that I saved that I got around Christmas time from a man, Pat Rigsby.

And Pat is a guy who helped me kind of lay out my fitness business and journey early on in the game.
