| 0:03.2 | Coming to you on this Thursday morning here early in 2019. |
| 0:08.7 | Hopefully you guys are still rock and rolling and you're on your New Year's resolution kicks. |
| 0:13.0 | You're still, you know, chock full of momentum and inspiration and you're just jacked to get everything done that you are trying to achieve throughout, |
| 0:21.6 | you know, this week, this month, and hopefully this year. |
| 0:24.7 | But I know oftentimes the resolutions and the new things that we promised ourselves, |
| 0:29.6 | even 10 short days ago, tend to fall to the wayside once we get busy or stress or different |
| 0:34.9 | things tend to happen. |
| 0:37.1 | And I'm going to touch on this in the podcast |
| 0:39.5 | day a little bit just talking about, you know, change and how to make a change, you know, |
| 0:43.1 | in your body, in your life, in general. I think they're all very much interconnected. And I know |
| 0:48.6 | we did a video last night for our 47 day transformation people, just talking about how the |
| 0:53.9 | initial start of things can be |
| 0:55.5 | tough and be difficult. And I think that's with any skill or anything in life that's worthwhile, |
| 1:00.0 | that takes work. And I've never naturally been good at anything. Really, I've had to work really |
| 1:06.5 | hard to reach any level of, you know, quote unquote success or even competency at most things. |
| 1:12.2 | Other than maybe, you know, emotional intelligence, I think my common sense level has always been |

| 1:22.1 | my fair share of stupid shit. And I think that just comes with, you know, age and experience and |
| 1:27.4 | failing and doing things wrong and learning from those things and improving. And I think that just comes with, you know, age and experience and failing and doing things wrong and learning from those things and improving. And the point I'm driving at is that anything I've ever been good at or you guys see that, oh, Jeremy's really good at that or he can do that really well. It's come with, you know, painstaking practice. And the initial part of it, the first, you know, week, the first month, even the first year, can be tough because it's new. We're doing something different than we're used to. We're changing a behavior. We're changing a habit. We're changing a ritual and a routine that we're used to following, whether it be the time of the day, the time of year, the people we hang out with, what event brings something else on. |
| 2:01.3 | We have it kind of synced into our brain, into our habits, and it's tough at first because you're making a shift. And so we talked about with our people, you know, you're 10 days in. Maybe you, you know, for the last, you know, two weeks or the holidays, you know, drink three glasses of wine every day. or you always had, you know, ice cream at dinner, or you had Christmas cookies here or there day or you always had you know ice cream at dinner or |
| 2:18.4 | you had christmas cookies here or there or you're used to drinking six diet coax whatever you're |
