Hi, my name is Tim Fitzpatrick. I am the president of Rialto marketing. I'm a marketing

coach and a consultant. At Rialto, we help businesses create, implement, and manage a marketing

plan to communicate the right message to the right people so they build results that last.

Today I'm going to share a story with you from the second chapter of my entrepreneurial journey.

At Rialto, currently I consider myself to be in my third chapter.

My entrepreneurial journey started in wholesale distribution.

I was a partner in a distribution company that I co-owned with my dad and several other partners.

The company grew like crazy and we sold it in 2005.

I remained with the company until early 2009, which is where my second chapter begins.

So I was coming off of a real high out of distribution.

I had a ton of confidence.

And I was starting to think about what was my next step going to be?

What was my next chapter going to be? And I had always been interested in real estate.

So I decided to transition into residential real estate and became a realtor.
