Summary

In this episode of The Jordan Syatt Mini-Podcast, I decided to try something a little different and tell you more about some of my own personal struggles and some of the mistakes I've made while on my fitness journey. I talk about my experiments with intermittent fasting, cheat days, organic food, protein powders, supplements, and how I finally learned to stop binge eating.
