I thought about this a lot. And I was like, well, what do I do when I have a scratch in my throat or

sure I get worried about something? And the truth is, I don't have things memorized. I just go to

the Dutero website and I pull down Discover Solutions. I can pick by wellness topic. There's nine of them.

I like just go in there and I see what my solutions are. I can choose by product or I can choose by system.

I could pull up immune system, for example, and see what the support is using oils for that system.

That's the truth of how I get down to what I need to do

to protect us when we're feeling a threat. But it made me really think about how often do I actually

feel a seasonal threat? Like what what threatens me? And the truth is that all times a year,

the biggest threat to my system is me. It's true. You know, I'm a mom, I'm a business

owner, I'm a doctor, I'm a wife. I'm busy and I get stressed out and I get moving too fast. And all

of that leads me away from my self-care. My self-care routine is how I protect myself best, no matter the time of year.

All of those things lend themselves to, you know, a weakening in my own health that could lead to

potential issues. So I thought a lot about my self-care routine as I was thinking about this
