The stress, you know, sometimes it just reaches a fever pitch that can feel terrible in our bodies.

For some people, it's very physical. Jenny Tates is a clinical psychologist, and she says stress also shows up in our thoughts

So if I'm feeling really angry, that usually includes some sort of judgment of that

In my body, I may be feeling really tense and scowling.
