In this podcast, Dr. Berg talks about how stress can get you sick and will influence your immune system. Cortisol suppresses T cells from stress and will increase platelets that will cause clotting.  The best way to release stress would be by working on the neck, back, and abdomen using acupressure points. When applying pressure to these points you will enter a relaxed state.
