In today's episode, you are going to discover a meditation technique to help you calm your emotions when you are feeling stressed and this technique is called an affirmation.

Affirmations are positive statements you repeat that help you to focus on an intention and

your intention this week is all about stress relief. In particular, stress relief having to do with a

relationship. And in yesterday's episode, I encouraged you to choose a relationship to focus on all week long and

apply the meditation technique you learned in each episode this week to the relationship

to heal it. As I mentioned in yesterday's episode, you could choose a relationship with someone who is

alive and well and in your life right this moment, or you might focus on a relationship that was painful in the past

could have been with someone who is no longer physically living.

You could also choose a relationship with someone you no longer are connected with but with you still still harbor a lot of stress and resentment when you think about the relationship you had with this person.
