Now in this episode I interview Solomee Tippaboo.

I had the honor and privilege of me in Solome at the ICDF conference in 2017. In fact we spoke together on a panel so I got to know

her story then. But in this episode we or Solome shares her OCD story and we

unpacked that the journey and obviously how she's kind of recovered

from it and what she has to do today to maintain the life she wants to live in spite of OCD. And then we go on to talk about her initiative, Anxiety

in Teens, and we ask some questions around team-based questions and questions for parents with teenagers.

So I think I found Solome's story inspiring.

I think she's a wonderful human being so I'm glad I could share on this platform

and hopefully you find her story inspiring too.

So yeah, yeah and obviously you got to hear some of your story there, but we get to share with the audience.
