0:18.7

cover the conference the IsteyF conference which is happening in Washington DC in America right now.

0:25.0

And I wanted to cover it for a few reasons.

0:28.0

One kind of share some highlights and learnings that I've learned and also give you guys a feel for

0:35.4

those that couldn't make it hopefully make you feel a bit more connected to the

0:39.6

OCD community. So you know firstly I think it's a great event, the ISTEF and put on another

0:46.0

fantastic conference. Everyone seems to be in a good mood, ready to learn, the topics covering a wide range of issues from many different angles.

1:29.5

talks going on, but from what I got here's a few points, hopefully you guys will like. So the first

1:35.5

1:46.7

John Abramovitz and John calls it a task list. So instead of calling it a hierarchy which kind of sounds at

1:55.4

something a bit more scary obviously hierarchical he says call it a task list it's

2:01.0

just something it has to get done and it's something it has to get done on the way to the life you want to live and I thought that was quite cool so I wanted to share that.

2:08.0

The same guy also quoted John talking about the openness scale.
