0:52.0 | Hi and welcome back to Radio Headspace. It's Eve here and it's Wednesday. We're making it through the week. |
1:00.0 | The other morning I was rushing around my house trying to squeeze in some house chores before my meeting started for the day. |
1:08.0 | You know, put some laundry on, feed the dog, tidy up breakfast, pay a bill. |

2:25.0 | You know, my whole day is ruined and why do these things always happen to me? |
2:29.0 | Even to the point where you get to the end of your day and you're still carrying that sense of frustration with you, like the world has kind of been against you. |
2:39.0 | Anyway, in that moment when I'd stub my toe, I thought to myself, hang on, we've been here before. |
2:46.0 | You know, that was not my first stub toe rodeo and there are two ways this can go. |
2:51.0 | Do you A, continue down this path of blaming everyone around you? |
