Summary

It can be so easy to wish you were in the future or looking back at the past reminiscing about how things used to be. I get sucked into this too but it leads me to anxiety and depression, especially when I think about my two boys. I want to vulnerably share my thoughts about being more present today and why it's such a gift.

1:14.6	My son is up all the fucking time right now.
