but I have a lot of different roles that I play in terms of that. My interest really is in energy

and how we misuse, misdirect, get our energy all scattered. And what is our genius energy? What is our Genesecois? What is our offering to this world? And how can we put it in the right places at the right time so that it feeds back to us, but also is of service to others? And I'm super down for regenerative personal energy and what that looks like in our parenting, in our work, in our

relationships, in our health, and in our creativity, all these different domains that are important

You know, I think that my life has been a spiral of a force of energy within me that has gotten off track many, many times over. So it could

date back all the way to my teens where I struggled a lot with eating disorders to my graduate

school, my PhD years, where I struggled with getting so caught up in competition and proving myself that I lost myself,

all the way to, you know, after that, becoming a parent and a partner and losing track of what's
