| 0:00.0 | So today we have a special episode that I've been wanting to record with Chris for a long time now. |
| 0:05.9 | I've always been behind a camera with you. |
| 0:08.3 | I don't think we've gotten a lot of chances that I'm actually just sitting down without you just yelling at me about like a whiteboard thing. |
| 0:14.3 | I can change that for this one. |
| 0:15.9 | Maybe. |
| 0:17.2 | You helped me a lot in the past three months of me moving to LA and me had a huge impact |
| 0:23.8 | in my life in the past three or four years as well. And there's been a lot of little |
| 0:28.0 | micro lessons within that that I've got to experience with you one-on-one that I want to be |
| 0:33.9 | able to share with the audience because I think would benefit them. So I guess to just |
| 0:40.7 | jump right into it, you work and help a lot of different entrepreneurs, a lot of friends in our |
| 0:48.6 | group. And I think there's been a constant thing that we always talk about. What do you think is |
| 0:53.4 | holding most creatives |
| 0:54.6 | right now from getting to where they want to be in life that's a big question i don't you want to do |
| 1:00.5 | the fluff first or no no no meaning it's two the containers to wide open because you're talking |
| 1:06.0 | about most entrepreneurs some early on some mid stage some late in life their answers are going to be very different Why don't you box it in a little bit? I'm not trying to approach it that way. How about the people that you see in a day-to-day life, or even me? Like, what was the big thing that you think was holding me back from? Okay, I can answer that question really easily. What is holding you back? Like, what's the thing that you see all the time? Okay. With you. |
| 1:28.3 | Okay. |
| 1:29.2 | It starts with you being an immigrant to this country and having fairly low definitions |
| 1:35.1 | of what success looks like. |
| 1:37.0 | Also, probably not being around the kinds of people you need to be around. |
| 1:40.3 | So you are doing better than most of your friends. |
| 1:42.7 | You are probably challenging them. |
| 1:44.1 | You're pushing them. So you're at the tip of the spear. And that's always a sign that you're in the wrong circles of people. And I think that's one of those things. So I've talked to you about this many times before. I think you're very good about being grateful for the things you have. It's one of the your best traits to me. |
