You know, as people make their New Year's resolution this

year, so many of you made that same old resolution. I'm going to lose weight this year starting today.

Well, actually, most people say, I'm going to start on Monday. You know, not on Friday, not on Wednesday,

but on Monday. So they start on Monday, but by Thursday,

their cravings have started to attack all their willpower, and they need just a little sugar or

maybe just a few chips. In a few days, their New Year's resolution is just a memory. And some of their friends, especially

their friends that have no weight to lose, call them weak-willed. You know, they're described

as not having any willpower. So what is driving those cravings is the topic of our show today,

and I've invited Tamara Brown to be our co-host to sort through this topic.

You know, Tamara is a registered dietitian with a master's degree in public health and is also a licensed dietitian.
