It's like, and with the new year, many of you are probably making your New Year's resolutions as we speak.

And I bet on the top of everyone's list is lose weight.

I think so because two-thirds of the population, I say this all the time on the show, are overweight today.

But these are the statistics.

And many of you this morning as you're stepping on the scale, you're sadly shaking your head in disappointment over the number.

But not all people are unhappy with that number.

In fact, and this just happened this week, one of my clients from New York just this past week said this is the first time in over 50 years that

she does not need to make a New Year's resolution to lose weight.

Isn't that wonderful?
