happier success looks like, right? I think a lot of times we chase after things because of

programming, not because they are our truth and I think that when we don't think about like if we don't take a breath because life happens and we

fall into routines and structure you know we fall into the daily grind quote

unquote and if we don't take a breath and stop and just kind of like do an inventory of our, you know, are we doing things that are honest to us are we lining up our behavior thoughts and

intentions with our truth or you know are we just going through the motions are we running

on residue from the past and for many people the past is other people shit, maybe our parents, maybe you know, society, advertising, whatever you bought

into and believe that you should do, that is how a lot of people live their lives.

I know that was me, my 20s and 30s, you know, and when you continue on that path and you continue to do things that aren't honest to you because you know we're not

we're not like a consistent creatures in that we're one node. We're always changing and growing and

you know what makes us happy and what fulfills us are also are also changing and if you're not constantly looking inward and doing some kind of

self- inventory then you may be pulling from what was instead of what is today.
