God morning to you. Just like you're overlooking the presence of your right foot right now.

Not anymore though, right? You're overlooking God's presence.

It's just as easy to become aware of God's presence as it is to become aware of your right foot

or your left foot or that whole body become aware of your whole body all at once.

And notice it as you do it automatically softens and automatically relaxes it automatically becomes

one with the moment no longer pinched off or separated from the whole

just one other object in the scene and that space it's in one other object and the presence

you're overlooking the presence that's right behind the breath. But you were also overlooking

the breath as happening as if on a canvas. Close that body's eyes.

The heartbeat is happening as if on a canvas.

All those sensations are happening as if on a canvas my voice

is appearing on this canvas this background that is so easily overlooked

because it's always been there was never a beginning to it. They'll never be an end to it

to that body yes but not to this that's aware it was here before that body was born.

Right here in the background is that body went to kindergarten and

in grade school and high school it's right here right now unaffected by all that has appeared

to happen unchanged unaged. The part of you that feels the same like you're the same old G
