I'm Mary Meckley and I welcome you midweek to our series on managing negative thoughts. How are you doing today? How is your

0:20.0

challenge coming along? Your challenge this week. That I encourage you to do each day

0:30.4

this week will keep you attuned to the theme. To manage those thoughts that

0:39.0

run through your mind and really drag you down.

0:43.6

Maybe these are thoughts that you've recently started to have.

0:48.0

2:38.5

down a few notches to get to the point where you're justifying something that is so negative.

2:49.8

And you may even feel as though you're tarnished because of this negative thought.

3:00.2

So as you do your thought chaser for your challenge this week, today I want to invite you to do a little purification of your thoughts. As I record this, it is midweek. And

3:19.4

midweek is one of those days where it's often referred to as my mom used to say,
