I think sometimes we need tough love because we tend to forget who this person is and why they're doing what they're doing. ▶︎ Recognize the Manipulation: Narcissists thrive on controlling emotions and pushing your buttons. Be aware of their tactics so you don't fall into their trap. ▶︎ Set Clear Boundaries: Establish strong, non-negotiable boundaries to protect yourself from being manipulated or dragged into emotional games. ▶︎ Don't Take it Personally: Narcissists are experts at making you feel like it's your fault. Understand that their behavior is a reflection of their own insecurities, not a reflection of you. ▶︎ Detach Emotionally: Practice emotional detachment by staying calm and focused on your response, rather than reacting impulsively to their provocations. ▶︎ Limit Communication: Minimize communication with a narcissist whenever possible. The less you engage, the less power they have over your emotional state. ▶︎ Don't Engage in Power Struggles: Narcissists love conflict because it boosts their ego. Refuse to get dragged into arguments or debates where they manipulate the narrative. ▶︎ Stay Grounded in Your Truth: Keep reminding yourself of your worth, values and truth. Narcissists will try to distort your reality, but you have the power to stay centered. We're going to start having some guests come in. There are a lot of things that are changing in the business. And I'm super freaking excited. I'll tell you the one thing with owning your own business is just changing, you know,

1:39.9	the biggest you know up you to just say there's way, no matter what you try to throw at me,
1:47.5	that you're going to ruin my life and rebuilding yourself, your confidence, your self-esteem,
1:53.1	like your self-worth. I was just answering comments on TikTok. And this one, actually,

2:02.3	it's been nine months it's been you know a year and I'm still not over this and I think people
2:08.7	just don't know what to do in order to really move on from something and not let it ruin their life
