Summary

Some compulsively eat subtly throughout the day, either eating meals twice as large as they should be, or just eating continuously, all while going largely unnoticed by those closed to them. This week’s Food For Thought sees Registered Dietitian Maeve Hanan and I explore the truth about the compulsive eater and the steps in building a healthier relationship with food.
